the digital commons should have multiple sign up stations for the computers and a separate printing station, as it is, one person having difficultly jams up the entire system
There should be easy to create stations for one-on-one technology instruction with staff and users.
The space should be open with minimal finishes. And most importantly, it should be easy to find in the library, so people can wander in and explore what's going on.
There should be co-working spaces, similar to the Digital Commons, where workers "pay" with programming time.
The innovation space should have a space of computers dedicated to training -- for job search, software, etc.
The innovation space should be more than a computer lab; the spaces should be flexible to change size, use and space.
